Union Presbyterian Seminary's Doctor of Ministry (D.Min.) prepares you for advanced ministry leadership, deepening the integration of practice and theology for experienced ministers. Rooted in the Bible, Reformed tradition, and the church's living mission, this program equips you to sharpen competencies in proclamation, pastoral care, education, evangelism, interfaith relations, community organizing, and adaptive leadership with a strong theological foundation and ethical framework. Through cohort-based learning, advanced coursework, and a contextual integrative project, you'll develop the advanced capacities to serve as a pastoral leader, nonprofit director, advocate, or community organizer—bringing transformative ministry to faith communities and society.
