This seminar will engage a number of topics in relation to the ministry contexts of participants:
Mission. Vision. Design thinking. Leveraging priorities. Implications for financial, human, building, and technological resources. Readiness for change. Resistance. Impact.
Participants can expect to depart from this seminar with new perspectives on how to craft a strategic plan to facilitate substantive and enduring change.
