Professor Gench will teach Adult Christian Education classes at River Road Presbyterian Church in Richmond, Virginia, on March 15 and 22. The March 15 class is entitled “Jesus Was a Mammal: Reading the Gospel of John Ecologically (John 1, 20), and the March 22 class is entitled “‘I Am the Resurrection and the Life’: Journeying through Lent with Martha, Mary, and Lazarus.”
