This is an online course that is open to all. This course includes five (5) online class meetings, on Tuesday evenings, 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. EST. In addition to the live class meetings, this course includes both reading and written assignments.

Online Course Title:  Pastoral Care, Pathways Online Course

Course Description: This course will provide participants with a basic understanding of what it means to listen pastorally and provide meaningful pastoral care that is illustrative of a biblical understanding of hospitality.

Online Course Format:  Weekly class meetings via Zoom Technology, along with assignments posted on Blackboard, the seminary’s learning management system (login credentials provided)

Dates: Thursdays, January 7 – February 4, 2021, 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time

Pathways to Learning and Leadership is an online program of nine courses offered over a two-year period to provide educational preparation toward leading a congregation as a Commissioned Ruling Elder (CRE).  Courses are open to all, one does not need to be pursuing to become a CRE in order to participate. Courses aim to enhance knowledge and discipleship, and each course is five weeks long.
