This is a self-paced online course that is open to all. All lectures are pre-recorded, with quizzes included.

Course:  New Testament Bible Survey Course

Course Description: This course introduces students to the writings of the New Testament, the cultural environments in which they arose, and appropriate methods for interpreting them in English translation. By listening to a series of ten lectures and studying both the New Testament and an accompanying textbook, students explore the historical setting, literary features, theological message, and contemporary significance of the New Testament writings. Students assess their mastery of course material by completing a set of quizzes.

Online Course Format: This course is accessed via a Blackboard classroom management site (login credentials provided). The Bible Survey courses are asynchronous; that is, you can access lessons and quizzes online at your own pace. At the end of each of the 11 sessions, there is a quiz to test your understanding of the material. In this course, a score of at least a 75% must be achieved on each quiz in order to move on to the next session. Quizzes can be retaken as often as necessary.

Cost:  $150 per course

Course tuition includes access to pre-recorded lectures for each of the 10 sessions, outlines from those lessons, and quizzes. An additional cost is one required textbook for the course, not included in course tuition.

Pathways to Learning and Leadership is an online program of deepening discipleship for church members of all denominations and those invovled in lay leadership programs (such as Commissioned Ruling Elders in the PCUSA). The Pathways program aims to enhance knowledge and discipleship and edify individuals. This courses is open to all.
