Hello, alums!
I hope you are having a great summer. Especially as a kid, I loved summer. In part, because it was that time of the year I got to slow down a bit and try some new things. This summer, we are trying something new, and I am thrilled to invite you to share in it.
On August 18, we will hold our first Charlotte gathering of Union Presbyterian Seminary Alumni. Starting at 3 p.m., we will gather in the Turner room at the Levine Museum of the New South in Uptown Charlotte for a reception in your honor. The reception will include socializing, refreshments, an update on the seminary, and a tour of the museum. Because this event is a reception for you, it is free of charge. The seminary will also cover the cost of your admission to the museum and parking. Our gathering will end by about 5 p.m.
If you need more information about this event or to reserve your spot, please email the alumni office at alumni@upsem.edu or click the red button above. Space is limited, so please reserve yours by August 10.
As a 2013 graduate of the seminary, I am delighted to serve as the host for this inaugural gathering. The Charlotte area is rich with Union grads, a potential network of support, friendship, and connection. Let’s gather and enjoy that! Whether you graduated from our Richmond campus or our Charlotte campus, this gathering is for you. I look forward to seeing you on August 18 at the Levine!
Sincerely,
Megan Argabrite
